Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e gli swatch della Smashbox + Casey Holmes Spotlight Palette in Pearl.
Mi piace davvero molto fare le recensioni (qui c’è la precedente Dior Addict Lip Tattoo Review).
Seguo il canale di Casey dal 2012 e quando ho saputo di questa collaborazione sono stata così felice per lei vedendola collaborare con un brand importante come Smashbox. (Qui trovate il video dove annuncia la palette).
I prodotti in polvere di Smashbox sono tra i miei preferiti, sono innamorata dalla palette Full Exposure, gli ombretti sono cremosissimi, burrosi e pigmentati. Perciò avevo grandi speranze per questa palette.

PACKAGING
Mi piace molto anche il packaging: ha uno specchio abbastanza grande e la struttura in se è solida, ma compatta. Nella stessa scatola avrete anche un foglietto in cui Casey spiega come usare le polveri al meglio. Mi piace come tocco aggiunto, si vede che ci tiene molto ai sui followers.
La palette esiste anche in una tonalità Gold, ahimè troppo scura per me.
FORMULA
La palette contiene tre cialdine di colore diverso, che vanno dalla più delicata alla più intensa:
- Blow A Fuse: Un color burro perlato e delicato.
- Crank It Up: Un color champagne, il mio preferito, che è più intenso.
- Turn It On: Un champagne glitterato che dovrebbe essere utilizzato sopra agli atri due.
Penso davvero che Casey abbia fatto un lavoro fantastico con questa palette, abbiamo entrambe la pelle con i pori piuttosto evidenti ma questa polveri ci scivolano sopra senza evidenziarli.
PIGMENTAZIONE
Ogni colore è pigmentatissimo, basta toccare con il pennello una volta sola per prelevare una quantità più che sufficiente di prodotto.
Le polveri sono vellutate e quasi cremose anche nel terzo colore, quello con più glitter. Ad essere onesti con quello devo stare un po’ più attenta perchè potrebbe evidenziarmi i pori ma basta applicarlo verso la parte più esterna delle guance e non ci sono problemi, nonostante questo i glitter non tendono a migrare per tutto il viso. Mi piace molto anche sugli occhi al posto dell’ombretto.
APPLICAZIONE
Una volta applicate è facilissimo sfumarle e su di me durano tutto il giorno. Sono sopravvissute anche a un pisolino pomeridiano! A parte questo l’ho testata per circa 8 ore e a fine giornata era ancora lì.

Adoro questa palette, credo abbia un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, inoltre vi durerà moltissimo, basta talmente poco prodotto, amo il fatto che posso passare da un look più delicato ad uno più intenso e che posso usarla anche sugli occhi. Onestamente la consiglio a chiunque ami prodotti di buona qualità.

I have both this one and the gold palette. They are some of my best highlights! I love the pearl one during winter!
