Colourpop What’s Your Sign, Scorpio Moon Lux Lipstick | Review

Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatches of the ColourPop x Kathleen Lights Lux Lipstick in What’s Your Sign? and Scorpio Moon.

I wasn’t really thrilled about these lipsticks, the shades are both really pretty but nothing original as I said when I first talked about the collection with Julia (here) but I still was excited to try them because ColourPop is so affordable, so here I am today, reviewing them for you.

ColourPop x Kathleen Lights Scorpio Moon Lux Lipstick

Colour

The shade is a plummy rose perfect for fall.

PACKAGING

The packaging is rose gold perfection with stars on it, it is very heavy and very sturdy, I love it, it makes the lipstick feel luxe even if it’s super affordable. You have the shade name is on the bottom.

The cardboard box where it comes in it’s blue with rose gold zodiac details like the rest of the collection.

FORMULA & APPLICATION

The formula is very creamy and it glides on really easily, it is very opaque from the first coat, the finish is velvety rather than matt which makes it very comfortable and not drying at all.

It doesn’t really have a specific scent, it smells like lipstick which is not bad in my opinion.

LASTING POWER

This lipstick lasts for 8 hours on me, you can eat and it will stay on, doesn’t bleed, doesn’t budge but it’s not transfer proof so if you touch it a little bit will come off.

This colour stained my lips which helps with longevity.

I love this lipstick, I like the formula since is so creamy yet matt, I like the luxe packaging. The lasting power is amazing, it’s not drying and I can’t recommend it enough, I mean for that price is definitely a hit.

The shade is a classic neutral nude.

PACKAGING

The packaging is rose gold perfection with stars on it, it is very heavy and very sturdy, I love it, it makes the lipstick feel luxe even if it’s super affordable. You have the shade name is on the bottom. (I don’t know why this doesn’t have the coloured sticker).

The cardboard box where it comes in it’s blue with rose gold zodiac details like the rest of the collection.
