Today’s post Julia and I are going to chat about the NEW Kylie Cosmetics Kristmas Collection.
We absolutely love the packaging of this collection is not even funny! I really like that is such a big collection perfect for the holidays.
It comes with: four lipsticks, a palette, a blush, a perfecting powder, a highlighter, a lip kit, two loose highlighters, two glosses, three cream shadows, a 8 Piece Mini Lip Set and a 4 Piece Lip Set.
NEITHER JULIA NOR I HAVE TESTED THIS PRODUCTS SO OUR OPINION ARE PURELY BASED ON WHAT WE KNOW FROM THE BRAND AND WHAT WE SEE ONLINE, OF COURSE WE MIGHT BE WRONG SO PLEASE IF YOU HAVE TRIED ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS LET US KNOW IN THE COMMENTS
This collection is already available on
Mimi: I love the way this palette looks, I might actually get it, I don’t need it and it won’t come in time for me to review it but I still want it.
Julia: It looks pretty, as always the shades are nothing too new but I think it’s actually quite original to be a neutral/red palette.
It comes with eight shades: Snowball (pale pink metallic), No Peeking (pale peachy nude velvet), Sweater Weather (warm pink matte), Small Wonder (warm rosy pink velvet), Naughty is the New Nice (metallic rosy red), December (matte true red), Under the Tree (matte bright fuchsia), Hot Cocoa (matte deep plum red) (42$).
Mimi: Pretty kit but nothing new.
Julia: Pretty shades but I don’t need 8 lipsticks at the same time! It doesn’t look like something too original. I like Snowball and Under The Tree.
It comes with four shades: Dream On (pink metallic liquid with gold glitter), Snow Way Bae (mid tone pink), Sleigh My Name (berry with blue glitter), Better Not Pout (pinky berry) (42$).
Mimi: Again another pretty kit but not my favorite product in this collection.
Julia: I like the metallics, very pretty.
Kissmas (neutral peach) (29$)
Mimi: This kind of shades never look too good on me and it’s definitely not my favorite piece in this collection.
Julia: Pretty but too peachy for me. I like the packaging though.
It comes in four shades: Snow Cute (champagne metallic with pink glitter), Brrr (warm copper with red glitter), Stay Cozy (warm pink metallic with bronzy gold flip), Cold As Ice (metallic lavender with pink flip) (17$ each).
Mimi: The third shade is so pretty but if you saw yesterday’s review you’d know that I just got a similar shade to that from MAC.
Julia: I like the packaging, I don’t the huge writing on it but I like the shades, especially Stay Cozy.
It comes in two shades: Milk and Cookie (pink metallic gloss with a gold flip) and Snow Sparkle (iridescent gloss with blue and pink glitters) (15$ each).
Mimi: Both shades are stunning!
Julia: They are stunning, the pink one is the classic color that we would buy a thousand times.
Snow Angel (warm shimmering pink) (20$)
Mimi: Very very pretty I like this kind of highlighter shades.
Julia: Very pretty shade, I like the packaging.
Winter Kissed (powder pink) (18$)
Mimi: Pretty but not something I’d buy.
Julia: It’s adorable.
Mimi: I like the idea of experimenting with make up but this is a step I never do (I saw Kylie on instagram using it on her concealer to brighten and perfect that area) and I don’t think it’s necessary.
Julia: I don’t use these this kind of things so it doesn’t attract me.
It comes in two shades: Merry Bright (icy pinky rose) and Let It Glow (bright peachy gold with silver shimmer) (14$ each).
Mimi: I’d take a bath in the lightest shade and the price is actually quite tempting.
Julia: I like the shades of these but I’m not a fan of loose powder highlighters and these look super glittery.
It comes in three shades: Northern Lights (pink with gold glitter), Slay Bells (bright gold), Snowflake (pearly white with gold glitter) (20$ each)
Mimi: The pink and the champagne shades are my favorite, I’m a sucker for cream shadows.
Julia: Very pretty, they look like highlighters, the pink is STUNNING.
