Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e lo swatch del MAC Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick in Feel So Grand.
Ho preso questo colore per un motivo in particolare, due in verità, mi sono innamorata del colore perchè è quello indossato da Anastasia Steele alla fine di Cinquanta Sfumature Di Nero. Non amo il film ma il rossetto in quella scena mi ha colpita tantissimo ed era questo qui.
Ho deciso di prenderlo ora perchè (non so se lo sapete) ma da MAC se comprate un rossetto opaco ricevete un pop socket per il telefono con il loro logo in regalo e io lo volevo.

COLORE
È un rosso neutro scuro ed è perfetto per ogni carnagione visto che non è ne troppo freddo ne troppo caldo.
PACKAGING
Il packaging ha il classico tappo rotondo di MAC ma è un rossetto liquido, lo trovo molto carino.
Non ha un vero e proprio profumo.
APPLICAZIONE
L’applicatore è a forma di goccia che lo rende preciso e facile da utilizzare.
PIGMENTAZIONE & FORMULA
Appena applicato è molto liquido, si asciuga in circa 30 secondi e diventa completamente opaco. È omogeneo in una passata e non crea macchie.
La formula è super leggera e sembra di non avere nulla sulle labbra.
È un po’ secco ma niente di insopportabile.

DURATA
Su di me, dura circa 4 ore ma appena mangiate qualcosa va via, tutto sommato potrebbe essere meglio di così, non sono rimasta impressionata dalla tenuta.

Questo rossetto è stupendo, mi piace l’effetto sulle labbra, il colore e il packaging. È piacevole sulle labbra e facile da utilizzare ma la durata mi ha deluso, se uso un rossetto liquido voglio che duri. Onestamente, Ruby Woo dura molto di più ed è un rossetto normale, questo è bello ma preferisco comunque quello.

It’s awesome that you get a pop socket with the purchase of a lipstick! I’ve got a non mac lipstick I use (becomes matte after applying on the lips) but whenever I wear it, it makes me so uncomfortable. This looks gorgeous but the fact that it’s not long lasting…might just stick to my Ruby Woo.

I recently purchased the color “feels so grand” which is a beautiful true red. Going out all night I was a bit nervous trying to find something that wasn’t going to smudge and wear off easily. Using lip sense which DOES NOT budge would be tough to beat but this lipstick did just that. I applied once and it lasted all night PERFECTLY. T Beautiful color and perfect matte finish. Love the light weight feel!

That’s a great deal to get a free popsocket with the lipstick! I heard that there were issues with how well this line of lipstick lasts, so I recently got Russian Red

Gorgeous color! The longevity seems disappointing though. Four hours is like nothing nowadays with all the long-wearing formulas out there. I have heard mixed reviews of the MAC liquid lips before. Haven’t heard about the branded pop sockets over here yet!
I was disappointed by the lasting power because their normal matte lipsticks last forever on me!
Yea the MAC mattes are quite heavy duty. Maybe too much so sometimes!

I LOVE THIS LIPPIE. I also saw it on TV too! But it was on Jessa (Jemima Krike) from HBO’s Girls and it looked so goddamn stunning. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone wear it bad but i agree with the longevity issue, it just washes off so badly when i eat or drink and i look like a mess.

Ciao ma Mac ha cambiato il packaging di questi Rossetti? Vedo che sulla confezione adesso appaiono due scritte e che sotto anche il bollino è diverso….visto che ci sono tantissimi fake in giro, mi date conferma che effettivamente hanno cambiato la confezione?
