Vi faremo una domanda relativa al mondo del beauty e vogliamo sapere la vostra risposta perciò lasciateci un commento.

Quanto compri un prodotto quanto è important il packaging per te?
Mimi: Per me è importante ma normalmente non abbastanza da farmi prendere una decisione. Tendo a preferire brand minimalisti come: MAC, Nars, Marc Jacobs. Mi piacciono i prodotti chic ed eleganti.
Ma non è così importante se il prodotto è buono. Specialmente se è economico, non mi interessa se sembra un po’ cheap finchè funziona ma non amo molto i packaging tamarri. Perciò se non sono sicura del prodotto tendo a non comprarlo se non mi piace il packaging.
Normalmente non compro le palette di Too Faced, per esempio, perchè non penso che la qualità degli ombretti non sia costante e il packaging non mi piace.
Allo stesso modo, se so che un prodotto è probabilmente valido anche se non è unico o non mi serve ma mi piace il packaging o è edizione limitata tendo a prenderlo perchè mi sembra di avere un pezzo da collezione (se non costa troppo ovviamente), per esempio, i rossetti MAC.
Julia: Abbastanza.
Alcuni prodotti drugstore possono costare pochissimi soldi e comunque darmi l’impressione di essere di qualità perché hanno un bel packaging.
È ovvio che sia il prodotto che c’è dentro a definire la propria qualità, ma come lo presenti è importante sia per attirare il compratore che per dargli la sensazione di stare usando un prodotto valido.
Lo stesso vale per i prodotti costosi. Io vedo il packaging in cartone dei blush di Benefit e dico hell no.
Poi prendo in mano il mio blush/illuminante di Fenty e dico sì, quando lo prendo mi sembra di avere un pezzo da collezione.

Well for me the packaging of product tells a lot about it but then packaging can be decieving. So I just stay with good product wether the packaging is good or not.
The MAC packaging almost got me to buy it. It’s a good thing that I’m still on a no buy year because I still have tons of make up. But yes, I was soooo tempted simply because of the packaging.

I am in marketing and as such i am a huge advocate for first impressions. That is what packaging is, the first impression. Obviously first impressions wouldn’t last long if the product itself is not good.

it is nice to have a great packaging for the product, however, lately I am more in favour of no packaging as it is better for the environment

I really never bother as I throw the package away almost immediately. However, I do see how it can pay a role in deciding the quality of the makeup

While overall packaging doesn’t really matter to me, I don’t mind some beautiful, shiny things to look at every now and then ?. But if the product itself is crap, but has pretty packaging, I could care less.

Indeed packaging and the outer look is definitely the first thing we notice that creates the initial impression in the mind and more often than not we go with those products where the packaging looks good unless the brand name resonates high on our mind.

Packaging is definitely important to me. I like cute packaging. It makes me feel happy when the product first arrives. It feels like a gift to myself.

Packaging can attract me whenever I am looking for a makeup. But not all well packaged has a good quality. Experienced that so many times.
Yeah that happens so much
I actually pay a lot of attention to packagings. The ingredients, the way and place it’s made. But I have also been deceived by the packaging before.
I’m terrible with ingredients, I never know what to avoid
I think packaging is a way to tell you about the product. And I do find myself more drawn to things in nice packages.

Personally, a beautiful packaging makes me want to buy the product, but it’s never the real reason I decide to buy it 🙂
