Ciao Darlings, nel post di oggi vi mostrerò la Mia Skincare Routine della Mattina mentre la settimana prossima vi parlerò di quella serale.
La mia pelle è sempre stata un problema durante la crescita. Ho l’ovaio microcistico che si traduce con acne e pelle grassa (tra i mille altri problemi che mi ha dato), perciò mi sono sempre dovuta prendere cura della mia pelle e dovevo stare attenta a cosa usavo.
Oggi vi parlerò della storia della mia pelle così da darvi alcune referenze per sapere se questi prodotti possono funzionare per voi. Io li uso tutti giorni e li adoro.
La Mia Storia
Come ho detto la mia pelle mi ha sempre dato problemi. Ho avuto pelle grassa e acne cistica per la maggior parte dell’adolescenza e soffro di rosacea (che sostanzialmente significa che le mie guance sono rosse e un po’ disomogenee). Sono andata da moltissimi dermatologi ma nessuno è stato in grado di aiutarmi.
Quando avevo 17 anni sono andata in vacanza a Genova dove vive la maggior parte della mia famiglia e mi zio (che ha sofferto di acne anche lui) mi ha comprato l’antibiotico che usava lui che ha fatto miracoli. Ho iniziato a prenderlo quell’estate, due scatole ogni tre/cinque mesi fino ad ancora oggi.
L’antibiotico mi ha liberato da quasi tutti i problemi perciò da quando avevo 17 anni ad alcuni mesi fa la mia pelle è stata mista con cicatrici di acne e rosacea sulle guance.
Negli ultimi mesi però, qualcosa è cambiato di nuovo e la mia pelle è diventata più secca perciò ho dovuto modificare la mia skincare per trattare le secchezza, perciò ora è per lo più indirizzata nel mantenere la mia pelle equilibrata e se diventa più secca o oleosa uso una maschera per trattare il problema. La Mia Skincare Routine Della Mattina
La mattina la mia skincare è piuttosto semplice:
- Garnier Bio Gel Detergente Detox al Lemongrass: Uso questo gel per lavare la pelle. Mi piace perchè pulisce bene, è fresco ma non mi secca la pelle. Inoltre profuma di limone che è piacevolissimo la mattina. Mi piace anche che la formula sia BIO e il packaging reciclabile.
- Belif Moisturizing Eye Bomb: vi ho parlato di questa crema occhi in passato, avete idea di quanto sia difficile trovare una crema occhi che sia idratante ma non anti rughe e che non costi un patrimonio? Questa crema non è economica ma l’ho comprata ad Ottobre e sto ancora usando quel barattolo (che ho quasi finito) perciò se la devo ricomprare ogni 8-9 mesi la spesa mi sta bene Questa crema è super intensa, funziona bene sotto il make up, ne basta pochissima perciò vi durerà tantissimo ed è perfetta se come me vi serve un contorno occhi che sia solo idratante.
- GLAMGLOW GLOWSTARTER Mega Illuminating Moisturizer, Uso questa crema tutte le mattine perchè essendo leggermente tinta e luminosa è perfetta sotto il trucco. Ma devo dirvi di più. SONO INNAMORATA DI QUESTA CREMA! Primo, ha un profumo celestiale. È tipo arancia e vaniglia, è incredibile e il risveglio è meno terribile. Secondo, dona alla pelle un bellissimo effetto luminoso e minimizza i pori, sembra quasi di indossare un filtro Instagram. Terzo, è idratante ma non unta, si assorbe velocemente e lascia la pelle rimpolpata. Non ho mai speso tanto per una crema viso, MAI, ma dopo aver provato un campioncino di questa qui, dovevo averla.
- Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch, Se devo uscire uso sempre la protezione solare, mi piace perchè non è unta, costa poco e la posso usare sotto al trucco.
- Fenty Beauty Pro Kiss’r Luscious Lip Balm, Uso questo lip balm durante il corso dell’intera giornata perchè non sopporto la sensazione di labbra secche. Potete leggerne di più nella mia ultima review ma in sostanza mi piace perchè ha l’applicatore (significa che non devo usare il dito per metterlo), è idratante e leggero.

omg the glamglow moisturizer sounds like something i really need as well. i generally don’t wear anything under my makeup – no primer or anything! and only moisturizer AFTER taking off my makeup. so i’d love to check this out in particular!
No girl, you have to wear face cream under makeup, your skin will thank you!
I swear by Neutrogena. Their products really does wonders for the skin. It’s light, works, and is not costly as well.

I heard about the Glam glow glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer but I am a little worried if I’ll break out.
It didn’t give me any problems and my skin is acne prone, you should grab a sample if you are concerned ?
