Mimi: Natasha Denona Palettes.

I completely agree that $128 is too high for a shadow palette, I for one don’t use a lot of make up so can’t think about expending that on one. I’m trying to learn though. Can you please recommend something to take the red of my face when using makeup? Thanks
Clarins has some amazing bases you can wear under foundation. They are called SOS and they have a green one that’ll be perfect for you x
I am kind of a fan of the Kat Von D makeup. I just can not seem to spend nearly $50 on an eyeshadow palette. Though the colors do look so much fun to play with!
I feel like with her you pay for the packaging more than anything!
The whole Jeffree Star palette. I love how bright the colors are but I’m really more of a nude and neutral tones kind of gal so I won’t be able to use it.
OMG I totally agree with you! I don’t deserve all those colours I wouldn’t be able to use them!
I am leaning more towards the gold palette due to my skin tone. It has all the colors I love and that work well with my skin
There are so many products that I will never try but they look very interesting. I look at all the beauty products and can only imagine how they would look on me. The palette’s on the picture look very nice.
Yeah they’re so pretty
This is more of a tool than a product, but I’d love to try a PMD! I’ve heard amazing things about the microderm you can do at home these days!
That’s such a great answer and it totally counts too! Xx
Now that you mention this, Hmmmm… getting a tattoo? I can draw or paint on my skin but not the real one
Her eyeshadow palettes are so beautiful! I have yet to pick up any, but I do want to get the newest one this year x

Omg good luck with that! The new one is stunning but way too pricey
I completely agree. Way too costly. Moreover I feel I won’t be able to use it for my daily makeup needs. I prefer nude shades .
Yeah that makes sense!
A couple of years ago, those rainbow highlighters were everywhere. I’d love to buy one, but I have no idea how to use it. It’s such an impractical purchase, but so pretty!
I can say to you that even if they looked pretty in the pan but they aren’t once you put them on x
Chanel just came out with a new collection, which includes a few eye glosses. Would never buy something that’s going to crease and smudge for a high price tag! There are so many lower cost options if you want something glossy. Hell, you could use a lip gloss from Wet n’ Wild!
… Why haven’t I seen those??? They sound amazing but I definitely agree. I usually use lanolips when I want a glossy lid
Here you go: https://www.chanel.com/us/makeup/p/151057/ombre-premiere-gloss-top-coat-eyeshadow/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzITL9OOM4wIVQ0OGCh329gh4EAQYASABEgKq1fD_BwE. I’m sure they’re beautiful, but there are so many other options under $30!
I would love to try “more is more” look but don’t have much places to carry that kind of look.
Yeah me neither ahhaha
Honestly, any palette is a waste on me. I always end up just reaching for my Lorac Pro. Boring, I know. A product I would love to try but probably wouldn’t, would be sunless tanner. I’m so intimidated by it! I’m vampirishly pale and everything just looks unnatural on me. Plus, I hate the smell. Any recs for a really subtle glow?
Sadly no, I’m have with you with self tanner, they scare me too ahah but I usually put a touch of bronzer on top of my nose and it makes me look tanner 😉 I wish lorac was available here, I’d love to try the original palette
I think that if there was a beauty product that I was truly in love with I would buy it despite cost m!
Yeah it makes sense!
Both those palettes look amazing! But my splurge would be la mer creme! Or makeup… the new Dior foundation.
The new Dior foundation is so nice!
I’m a minimal make-up person, so there’s a lot of things that I wont try, especially the ones with too much harmful chemicals.
Ouch! Yeah I wouldn’t be paying that for eye shadow either!
Agree!
Those are beautiful but they are definitely too much for me.
Yeah right?!
I would love to try one of Chanel’s lip colour. I find their price point above what i am willing to pay for makeup but its a luxury brand so I get it. Nevertheless thats the product I choose.
Yeah Chanel lipsticks are amazing x
Airbrush makeup. I have seen some truly amazing results achieved using this sort of application process but I don’t ever see myself investing in the materials to do so.
I’m also curious about those jade and derma rollers.
I have a post about dermaroller, I haven’t tried the rest though x
I’ll have to look through your archives!
Here darling, https://blushydarling.com/2018/11/27/microneedling-guide-everything-you-need-to-know-about-dermarollers/
I wouldn’t spend on an eye shadow palette. I would rather spend on the eye liners and eye lashes if I had to because they are in an almost direct contact with my eyes and I’d use one that is better in quality. Good enough, an investment only serves me when the occasion calls for it.
I would love to try any large eyeshadow palette but I probably won’t try any of them because I almost never use eyeshadow!
