Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Marc Jacobs Le Marc Lipstick in the shade Slow Burn.
At this point, you’ll know that I got this lipstick in the advent calendar. I love Marc Jacobs but I’ve never tried these lipsticks so, of course, I couldn’t wait.
And, I actually love that it’s a mini because it’s easier to put on since it’s smaller.
You can get the full size from Sephora for 32$.
On the site is described as a creamy nude rose.
Being Marc Jacobs the packaging is stunning. Very classy and chic, maybe a bit bulky but I love it.
The shade name is at the bottom, I love that the sticker matches the colour of the lipsticks.
It’s very creamy and smooth, it’s not patchy and it doesn’t settle into fine lines.
On the website, they say it contains meranti and cocoa butter so it provides all-day moisture in a satin/matte finish. I definitely agree with the claims, they are both very comfortable to wear and not drying.
Online it says it smells like vanilla, mine doesn’t but maybe because it’s a mini.
I was surprised by the lasting power, on me it stayed for 6 hours without smudging.

I love this lipstick, I like the effect and the colour, it feels beautiful on the lips. I love the packaging and honestly, there is not much to say. It’s not the most original shade but I’ve been wearing it everyday so I recommend it if you are on the hunt for a new everyday shade.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
