Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e gli swatch del Dior Addict Lip Maximizer nel colore Rosewood.
Questo gloss non è nuovo ma è tornato di moda con la Dior Rosewood Collection. In realtà ho quasi tutti (me ne mancano due) i colori perciò se volete vederli fatemi sapere.
Ovviamente a questo punto saprete che amo i gloss rimpolpanti, non che mi servano, in realtà le mie labba sono la parte che preferisco di me ma adoro la sensazione di freddo che danno.

COLORE
Questo colore è un rosa nude scuro con i riflessi dorati.
PACKAGING
Il packaging per questo gloss è tubo squadrato in plastica dura, è veramente lussuoso. Il nome del colore è scritto sul fondo.
Il profumo è pazzesco, non so bene come descriverlo ma è dolce e fresco.
FORMULA
È davvero lucido, ma non appiccica, e non evidenzia le linee delle labbra. Ho una pigmentazione media.
Ora parliamo dell’effetto volumizzante. Funziona bene ma non è troppo intenso. L’effetto è evidente ma credo sia dovuto più alla sua lucidità che alla formula in se.
APPLICAZIONE
L’applicatore in spugna è abbastanza classico perciò è facile da usare per delineare le labbra: preleva la giusta quantità di prodotto e si riescono a colorare tutte le labbra intingendo una volta sola.

Su di me dura circa 4 ore e l’effetto bruciore dura un’oretta.

Questo gloss mi piace molto, mi piace l’effetto ma personalmente preferisco il colore originale, è molto facile da applicare. Mi piace il look volumizzato ma penso sia più dovuto alla lucidità del gloss che alla formula in sè. Mi piace il profumo. L’unica nota negativa è il prezzo per questo vi consiglio quelli di MAC che ho recensito la scorsa settimana rispetto a questo.

I’ve always been afraid of lip plumpers since the time I tried a Too Faced one and it was super painful! This one looks a lot better. I love when lippies are scented just like this one.

This and the Mac ones are very mild, I’ve never tried the Too Faced one but the Soap & Glory one is actually numbing so stay away from that one

Wow, the tingly feeling lasts an hour?? That seems kinda intense, but I do love a cooling sensation.

I’m in love with the Dior Addict Lip Maximizer. Especially how it looks on the lip and that it’s glossy but not sticky. I’m more of a pink person myself – but I think this rose color is quite striking too.

The packaging and the color of this lip maximizer is so stunning. I have always wanted to try one of these, but I’m actually quite afraid to because I could not handle the stinging from a mini sample that I’ve tried. I’ll have to try swatching one of these on my hand once stores reopen so I can see if maybe my sample was just old.
I’d love to see swatch comparisons of the shades that you own, though!!
I don’t think the sting is too heavy but I personally love when it is so I’m not a good judge! I’ll try and post more reviews of them. As I said, pretty much own all the shades so I can definitely do it x
YES. I have a dior lipgloss and I cannot explain that smell!
