Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e gli swatch della Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder nel colore Dim Light.
Queste ciprie di Hourglass sono davvero famose ma io non le avevo ancora provate anche se volevo da anni. Costano tantissimo perciò quando ho trovato la mini da Sephora scontata del 50% ho deciso di prenderla.
Principalmente volevo usarla sul contorno occhi perché quella è l’area più secca della mia faccia e la cipria tende a farla sembrare ancora più segnata ma questa non dovrebbe perché non è lo opaca al 100%.
Potete acquistarla da Sephora per 56,50€ (la full size) o potete prendere la mini come me che costa 22€ ma sta scontata a 10,50€ per ora.
PACKAGING
Il packaging è assolutamente stupendo e lussuoso lo adoro.
Contiene uno specchio all’interno. Ha un certo peso e non ha l’aspetto economico, sul retro ci sono tutte le informazioni.
FORMULA
La polvere è particolarmente fine e ma abbastanza dura, non è polverosa anzi non se ne riesce a prelevare molta sul pennello.
E’ completamente trasparente e non lascia il residuo bianco ma rimane luminosa.
EFFETTO
Questa cipria è decisamente luminosa perciò non mi piace sul viso ma è perfetta per il contorno occhi. Se avete la pelle grassa non vi piacerà ma se ce l’avete secca, è per voi.
Fissa senza evidenziare le zone secche e non ha mai un aspetto polveroso o pesante.
APPLICAzione
Io uso un pennellino piccolo per applicarla solo dove serve.
Durata
Sul contorno occhi, dura circa 5 ore prima che debba riapplicarla. Sul viso dura meno di un’ora prima che mi unga di nuovo (ho la pelle mista).

È perfetta se avete la pelle secca o delle zone disidratate. Scivola e non ha mai un aspetto polveroso ma fissa ogni prodotto in crema che avete sotto. Visto che punto ad usarla solo sul contorno occhi la mini è più che abbastanza per me ma penso che sia comunque troppo costosa. Per quello che è.

I’m so glad you recommend this to skin that is more dry – that would be perfect for me then because I have a hard time finding the right kind of powder for my skin. The mini would be more than enough for me as well as I agree, price wise it probably makes sense to just go with the smaller size anyway. Love the packaging as well!

I have had Hourglass products on my wishlist for so long, and now that I know this powder is good for dry skin it’s gone higher on the list, as it can be hard to find a good powder for dry skin xx
