What’s the first lipstick you remember buying?
Mimi: It wasn’t the first but one of them and the most important one (I actually still have it). We are talking about the Chanel Rouge Allure Laque in Dragon (75). It costed 30€ and it took me forever to save to buy it.
It was a stunning red but it was very over the top and little 13-years-old me never wore it out.
Julia: I’m pretty sure it was a Pupa Lipstick, it was from the Very Vintage Collection and it was shade 03.
Mimi and I were at the mall and she had just bought it, at one point we went to the restroom and she put it on, well I fell in love with it so we went back and I bought it too. Problem was that it looked amazing on her but it was terrible on me.

Gosh I remember all of those fun lip balm with tints of color back in elementary school. Then it was all about lip gloss!

I honestly don’t know, but it was probably something from MAC. Perhaps Girl About Town or Cream Cup; I either went for nude or bright, bright pink back in the day.

I can’t remember exactly but it must have been one of Maybelline Color Sensational lippies. But I was all about lip gloss in my teens and early 20s.

I don’t know exactly for my first first lipstick purchase. Also, it took me forever to finally get into lipstick and be comfortable with it as I felt like a lot of colours didn’t suit me (and still doesn’t suit me). MAC Brave was the first MAC lipstick I bought though and is the one that comes to mind.
I live Brave! It’s actually my favourite MAC lipsticks
My mom once gifted me a Chanel lipgloss which I believe was my first ever lip product. The first one I’ve bought myself was a Kylie Cosmetics Lip Kit in the shade Koko K. I was never really into lip products before so I was like 18 when I started wearing lip products lol.
That’s so interesting! The first one my mom gifted me was a Lancôme Juicy Tube in a light blue shade, I don’t remember much about it but it smelled amazing 😂
oooh this is a hard question, but I’m fairly sure it was a clown-like red from Revlon that didn’t suit my undertone or some cheap Claires makeup that probably made my lips look dry and crazy lol.
