Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Tower 28 ShineOn Milky Lip Jelly in the shade Oat.
Tower28 has been hyped so much online and since just launched on Cult Beauty so I was finally able to get it in Italy too.
My two blogger besties Simone and LP both LOVE these glosses so I had to try them too. Also, side note, I’ve seen RachhLoves wearing this specific colour and I love it on her so that’s why I chose it.
You can buy it here for 14$.
The colour is a semi-sheer, milky peachy pink.
The packaging for this lip gloss is a rounded tube in hard plastic material, it’s so pretty, the shade name is written on the bottom.
Personally, I don’t like the scent at all, it’s very plasticky. But I’m very sensitive to fragrances so it might not bother you.
It’s very glossy, but not sticky, It doesn’t settle into fine lines, despite the light shade. It has medium pigmentation.
It’s quite hydrating as it contains Apricot Kernel Oil and Raspberry Seed Oil.
The flat round doe-foot lip gloss applicator is amazing, so it’s very easy and precise to use. It picks up a bit too much product but I don’t mind it too much.
I like to use it alone but I love it paired with the NYX Professional Makeup Slim Lip Pencil in Nude Beige.
On me, it lasts about 2 hours but the tingly effect fades almost immediately.

I love this gloss, I like the effect, especially with the NYX lip liner. It is a bit tricky to apply because the applicator picks up too much product but I don’t mind. I don’t like the scent but I can put past it because I really like the look of it.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
