Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review of the NYX The Brow Glue.
This brow gel has been so hyped up online that even if it’s not the most exciting product to review, I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it.
Soap brow have been super trendy for the past year and I love the look but I have super thick brow hair so I stuggle to keep tem pointing up.
In case you don’t know, “soap brows” is a trend where the brows are brushed up using Pear soap. Since soap tends to leave a white cast if not used well, brands are coming out with clear gels that look like glue to keep the brows sticking up. They are mostly expensive and this NYX one isn’t that’s why it has gone viral and has been impossible to find.
You can buy it at Ulta for 8$.
PACKAGING
The packaging is a squeezy tube with a spooly. You can see how much product you have left and you can squeeze it to get it all which I love.
The spooly is very tiny, it’s perfect for the brows.
Formula
The formula is gel like and completely clear, if you use it after a brow pencil it’s bound to get dirty which is normal for clear brow gels.
You don’t need a lot and it actually works, it keeps the brows up without giving them a white cast and it’s incredible.
Application
The brush makes it soooo easy to use and the result is super natural.

On me this lasts all day.

I love this brow gel, I love the look and the packaging. The application is great and it lasts all day even in the heat. I definitely get the hype and if you can find it I totally recommend it.

I did not know that people are putting pear soup in their eyebrows. I am so out of touch with “beauty trends.” Either way, your brows look awesome with this gel!

Hahahaha I’m actually kind of shocked. Apparently is a dupe for the ABH one (I have that one on my way so I’ll let you know)
I looked for it at the NYX stand at my local CVS this week, but no dice. Maybe I’ll order online some day soon when I need a new gel. Do you mean the ABH Brow Freeze? I got that one earlier this year after it launched. It’s OK, in my opinion. Some days it holds better than others, it’s weird. I’m curious to hear your thoughts though! Perhaps I’m not using enough…
