Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the FENTY BEAUTY Gloss Bomb Heat Universal Lip Luminizer + Plumper in the shade Fussy.

Up until last week’s post about the new Fenty Releases, I hadn’t realised that the Heat gloss in the red shade was a new formula and that’s why it was viral. I thought it was a shade thing. That’s until I’ve discovered that not only it’s a new formula but it’s a plumping one and I ADORE plumping glosses so as soon as they released these nude shades I had to get one.

I thought I was going to go with Fenty Glow because it’s classic but Fussy looked a lot prettier and I love the OG version so it wasn’t a hard choice.

COLOUR

The shade is a sheer pink, very pretty and flattering on most skin tones.

PACKAGING

The packaging is the same as the other Fenty lip glosses. I really like the silver cup and overall it feels fancy.

The doe foot applicator is HUGE which I love.

The scent is very strong and sweet, it’s like fruity caramel, it honestly reminds me of the gloss I used when I was a kid. It’s not bad but it’s very heavy.

FORMULA

It’s very glossy, it gives a wet glow to the lips and that very plumped effect. It’s not sticky or gloopy.

The name Heat is actually spot on, if you ever tried a plumping gloss you’d know that they tingle and feel very minty, this, on the other end, heats up and feels hot. It’s a weird feeling the first time especially if you are used to minty glosses.

It doesn’t burn and it’s very pleasant, overall I feel like it plumps my lips and makes them look super smooth.

The formula contains Vitamin E and shea butter and it’s quite hydrating.

APPLICATION

The gigantic doe foot makes it super easy to apply in one swipe, it doesn’t pick up too much product.

LASTING POWER

This lipgloss lasts for 2 hours on me (without eating), since it’s so shiny I wasn’t expecting an incredible lasting time, but you can reapply it very easily.

GRADE: A 

I love this gloss, I like the formula since is so creamy and shiny, I like the packaging, it’s comfortable and perfect for everyday wear, I can see myself using it a lot, just like the others. I actually think this shade and this formula are my favourites out of all of them. In my opinion, it’s a nice product to have, especially if you like plumping glosses that actually work.
