Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Charlotte Tilbury Hot Lips Lipstick in the shade Dancefloor Princess.
There’s something so special about treating myself to a new Charlotte Tilbury lipstick. From the packaging to the formula, it makes me feel so special.
The Hot Lips collection is dedicated to celebrities Charlotte has worked with (this one is inspired by Kylie Minogue) but this is the 2.0 version which means that every lipstick comes in different packaging and they are refillable, so you can just replace the lipstick for a more affordable price and save the packaging.
The shade is described as a pop pink. I’d say it’s a pinky nude.
The packaging is so luxurious, it has a red leopard print which is so not my style but is incredibly well done.
The lipstick itself has a squared shape that makes it sooo easy to apply.
It has a nice vanilla scent, pleasant but not overpowering.
The formula is a satin, it’s very creamy and smooth, it’s not patchy and it doesn’t settle into fine lines.
It’s very comfortable to wear and it’s not drying.
This shade is borderline for me, I can get away with not wearing a lip liner but it looks better with one, I still need to find the perfect match. Luckily I like it without.
It lasted 2 hours on me without eating, but it fades very nicely.

I really like this lipstick, I like the effect and the formula, it feels beautiful on the lips. I absolutely love the packaging and the shape makes it soooo easy to put on. The shade is perfect for me but I think that when I’ll find the lip liner to pair it with, it’ll be even better. The lasting power could be better.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
