Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Makeup By Mario Master Mattes Liquid Liner.
Do you know how hard is for me to try new eyeliners? I’ve seriously been using the Charlotte Tilbury one for years but this was a gift with purchase so I had to try it.
I haven’t tried anything from Mario’s line so I was very curious (Makeup By Mario or Mario Dedivanovic is Kim Kardashian’s makeup artist and he just came out with his own makeup line).
You can buy it from Sephora for 22$.
The packaging is so pretty and very minimal. It has a rubber part that makes it super easy to grab and use it.
The felt tip is a bit too long and it’s a bit tricky to use.
The formula is very liquidy, not to the point that it bleeds, but it’s easy to apply and it doesn’t drag the lid.
It’s very black and matte, which is practically a miracle in the pen liner department. It works so well.
It’s a felt tip liner which I definitely prefer but as I said it’s a bit too long, I kind of had to learn to use it again.
I feel like if you are a beginner you’ll struggle a bit with this eyeliner as it’s not the most precise, but once you get the hang of it it’s really good.
When I use liquid liner I tend to skip primer so it has to last well without it (on me that’s a mission).
This liner lasted 12 hours without smudging or bleeding but it’s still easy to remove.

I love this eyeliner, I love the colour, the packaging and the way it applies once you get the hang of it it’s not too hard. I think the lasting power is amazing too. It is the most matte pen I’ve ever tried. Overall I’m very impressed. I always say that a high-end eyeliner is a better investment in the long run because they don’t dry too quickly so end up buying a replacement less often.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
