Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Charlotte Tilbury Beautiful Skin Foundation.
This foundation has blown up like crazy online so I definitely had to try it. First, Charlotte Tilbury is my favourite brand, second, I’ve literally just run out of my current foundation and third, I love Charlotte’s foundations so I definitely had to try this.
It comes in 30 shades and I was a bit confused, using their shade match on the site I came out as shade 4 Neutral but it was sold out, so I went with 3 Neutral (which is actually the same shade I used in the Light Wonder formula and it’s the perfect match for me).
You can buy it here for 44$
The packaging is a squeeze bottle with a pump which I love. It makes it super easy to use it.
The box has all the claims of this product. You can read them because they are pretty insane. The shade name is on the back.
The formula is quite thin, not too thin to run, but not too thick either.
It has medium coverage and it’s buildable. The finish is luminous and looks very smooth on the skin. To be honest, it actually looks like skin, I’ve never used anything similar.
Something that really impressed me is how it glides on the skin, it looks so natural on but my face looks incredibly smooth and poreless but like I’m not wearing anything.
It honestly looks incredible on, it doesn’t have much coverage but you can see how natural makes my skin look.
It looks like you are wearing a filter. I have combination skin and I love it.
My favourite way to apply it’s blending it with a brush and then using a damp sponge to mesh it further into the skin, I find that it makes the foundation look the most natural.
This foundation lasts for 8 hours and it almost looks better the more you wear it, you’ll have to blot it or it becomes too dewy.

I adore this foundation, I love it for day to day life. It’s easy to wear and it doesn’t look like you are wearing anything. I like the luminous finish (it’s perfect for winter) and the coverage. I also like the packaging. The shade is a perfect match for me. This foundation is really hyped for a reason, the only case I wouldn’t recommend it is if you have oily skin.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
