This shade is a peachy beige for light skin tones. You might think that 12 shades is not enough, but this product is so sheer that I could easily use up to shade 4 so you don’t need a perfect match.
The bottle is made of glass and has a doe foot applicator. I like the packaging, it’s super luxurious. I like that you can use the doe foot to precisely apply it or too swipe it all over the face. It might not be the most sanitary way but I honestly I don’t really care.
The formula is very creamy and the shimmer is quite subtle, you can wear it alone, mixed with a foundation, or as a primer. I’ve tried it alone (both just on my high points and all over the face) and as primer.
I’m not entirely sure how this product works but it’s actually amazing. I mainly use it as a base, when I don’t want to wear foundation and it acts almost as an IG filter on the face. I have oily skin, I don’t know how I can love it but I do.
Most days I use it only on the high points of my face as highlighter and the way it mashes with the skin makes you look naturally glowy. It doesn’t enhance pores or texture.
I just don’t like it as a primer, mostly because I prefer to use a more mattifying/pore filling ones.
You can apply it with your fingers or a brush. My favourite way is using a small dense brush.
On me, (used alone) it lasts 5 hours before starting to fade.
I love this highlighter, I love that it makes your skin look fresh. The formula is amazing and the packaging is very pretty. I honestly did not think I would like it this much, I love it under other powders and it makes highlighter last longer in the heat. It looks beautiful alone especially on light makeup days. The way it smooths my skin is incredible, I can see why it’s such a hit. I don’t use it as a primer but that’s a personal thing more than an issue with the product itself.
I really hope you guys enjoyed the post, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
