INGREDIENTS
Isododecane, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Hydrogenated Styrene/Isoprene Copolymer, Silica, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Mica, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, 1,2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Pentaerythrityl Tetra-Di-T-Butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, [+/- Titanium Dioxide (Ci 77891), Iron Oxides (Ci 77492), Blue 1 Lake (Ci 42090), Red 6 (Ci 15850), Red 28 Lake (Ci 45410)].
COLOUR
Despite being called Pink Pop, I find this shade to be more of a peachy pink rather than a true pink. It’s completely matte. I’m removing a star because while pretty, I think it’s a bit too light and unless you layer it, it won’t show up much.
PACKAGING
I like the packaging, it’s super luxurious. I like that you can use the sponge to precisely apply it. It might not be the most sanitary way but I honestly I don’t really care. I like that you can lock it so it doesn’t squirt everywhere.
The only complaint I have it’s that is a very small bottle for such a high price.
FORMULA
The formula is very creamy but it dries matte, which I find very interesting in a cream blush. It reminds me of Rare Beauty Bliss, aka is one of my favorite blushes but less pigmented which I actually prefer because it makes it harder to go overboard. Overall, it’s a great formula albeit a bit too light in pigmentation.
APPLICATION
You can apply it with the sponge and then blend your fingers or a brush. My favourite way is using a small dense brush. You can use it over or under a powder, personally I prefer to use it under.
LASTING POWER
On me, it lasts 6 hours before starting to fade.
Final Thoughts on the Charlotte Tilbury Pink Pop Matte Beauty Blush Wand:
I really like the Charlotte Tilbury Matte Beauty Blush Wand in the shade Pink Pop, I love the shade because it makes me look fresh and healthy despite being too light. It needs a bit of layering which doesn’t bother me much. The formula is amazing and the packaging is very pretty. It looks beautiful especially on light makeup days. The way it smooths my skin is incredible and it’s very easy to blend, I can see why it’s such a hit. It is very pricey though, especially with how little product you get, but I love it.
