Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e lo swatch del Essence Cosmic Cuties Glitter Switch Liquid Lipstick in 01 Glitter Rose.
La prima volta che ho sentito parlare di questo tipo di rossetti liquidi è stato qualche anno fa quando Ciaté London ha lanciato i Glitter Flip. In sostanza si tratta di rossetti liquidi che se pressate le labbra tra di loro cambiano finish da metallizzato a glitter. Fanno davvero effetto.
Ma siccome Ciaté non è facilissima da trovare qui in Italia non li ho mai provati. Perciò quando ho visto che Essence aveva fatto un prodotto simile, non vedevo l’ora di testarli per voi.

PACKAGING
Il packaging è lungo e sottile in plastica dura. E’ un bel packaging molto semplice.
Il profumo è dolce e caramelloso. Una volta applicato non si sente più.
FORMULA & APPLICAZIONE
L’applicatore è piccolo, rigido e in spugna, mi piace molto perché preleva la giusta quantità di prodotto ed è estremamente preciso.
Questa formula è super pigmentata: è cremosa e metallizzata, leggerissima sulle labbra e confortevole. È leggermente appiccicosa e un po’ secca.
Quando pressate le labbra l’effetto glitterè evidente ma dovete fare un po’ di attenzione perchè si possono creare delle macchie.
SWATCH
Qui potete vedere lo swatch del prodotto prima di essere pressato (cioè l’effetto che ha appena applicato).
Qui invece vedete l’effetto una volta pressate le labbra.
DURATA
Una volta asciutto dura circa 4 ore, è un po’ difficile da rimuovere (serve uno struccante a base oleosa) ma svanisce al centro delle labbra se mangiate.

Questo rossetto è molto carino, mi piace la formula anche se un po’ appiccicosa e secca. Niente di terribile però, quindi se lo volete provare per una serata particolare è perfetto. L’applicatore è facile da usare e mi piacciono molto sia il profumo che il colore in se. Sono rimasta impressionata e se dovesse capitarmi l’occasione, proverei volentieri altri colori, sono davvero economici.

Wow!! I can’t believe the swatch on this for the price. It looks fantastic! I like that it isn’t much of a baby pink, but has a deep undertone. I bet at night it would look amazing with a burgundy lip liner!
