Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Chanel Les 4 Ombres Multi-Effect Quadra Eyeshadow in the shade Warm Memories.
This eyeshadow palette is part of their Desert Dream Collection and I have to say, when I first saw it online, I didn’t think much of it but when I saw it in real life I fell in love.
The other palette was very neutral, this one is too but it has some nice tones, I wanted to review it for you.
You can get it here for 62$
The packaging is absolutely stunning and luxurious I totally love it.
It comes in a cardboard box and a velvet pouch. I know some people throw it away but I like to keep it, makes me feel really fancy!
It also comes with two tiny brushes, which, for the price, are quite ridiculous, I mean for 65$ I’d expect more, or nothing at all.
PIGMENTATION & FORMULA
The formula is quite soft and smooth especially when you swatch it, it has medium pigmentation. You definitely have to build up the colour. I love how Chanel eyeshadow blend.
They aren’t patchy and the colour selection is beautiful. You can’t create many looks with it because there are only four shades though.
All the shades blend easily with brushes.
With a primer, they last about 8 hours before creasing.
- Colour: 7/10
- Longevity: 8/10
- Application: 7/10
- Texture: 7/10
- Pigmentation: 7/10
- Packaging: 8/10
The packaging is absolutely stunning, but this palette is simply not worth it. It’s too pricey and although the formula is nice, I normally love Chanel eyeshadows, and the colour selection is beautiful, two shades are too similar when they are on. Overall it’s just too pricey for what it is.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
