Ciao Darlings, il post di oggi sarà la recensione e gli swatch della Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette Of Pops nel colore Pillow Talk.
Questa palette era un regalo se splendevi un tot su sito di Charlotte Tilbury durante i saldi del Black Friday, perciò in realtà non l’ho pagata, il che è fantastico.
La mia amica LP di thenewburygirl mi ha detto che questa palette non ha avuto buone recensioni perciò, visto che mi fido di lei, ero pronta a non farmela piacere ma in realtà è venuto fuori che se usata in un certo modo, è fantastica.

COLORE
Se avete usato una palette di Charlotte Tilbury saprete che contengono quattro colori con un uso specifico (seguendo lo stile di Charlotte), ovviamente non c’è bisogno di dirvi che potete usare la palette come volete, però questa è un po’ diversa perchè tutti i colori sono Pop, quindi sono super glitterati e vanno usati sopra ad altri ombretti.
- Prime 1 – (oro chiaro metallizzato) Creare una base omogenea per il tuo look.
- Enhance 2 – (rosa metallizzato) Creare definizione nella piega.
- Super Pop 4 – (oro rosa metallizzato) Finire il tuo look e renderlo scintillante.
- Smoke 3 – (bronzo metallizzato) Aggiungere dramma all’angolo esterno.
PACKAGING
Il packaging è davvero stupendo e lussuoso lo adoro.
Vi arriva con una scatola di cartone e i dettagli sulla palette sono bellissimi. Per qualche ragione, mi aspettavo che la palette avesse una chiusura magnetica che in realtà non ha, ma a parte questo, è stupenda.
PIGMENTAZIONE & FORMULA
La formula è abbastanza morbida e liscia nella confezione, specialmente se prelevata con il dito, ha una pigmentazione medio alta. I colori sono davvero intensi e glitterati.
Possono essere un po’ granulosi specialmente pop quattro (il terzo colore), è molto grossolano e non è bello da solo, ma mi piace molto sopra ad altri ombretti. Onestamente, sono tutti più belli se usati sopra ad altri ombretti per creare un riflesso glitterati.
Non creano macchie di colore e la selezione in se è bellissima ed elegante.
APPLICAZIONE
Io preferisco usare il dito per applicare i glitter.

Con un primer sotto dura circa 10 ore su di me prima di iniziare ad andare nelle pieghette.

Questa palette è molto bella. Riesco a vedere perché molta gente avuto problemi con la formula perché non è molto bella degli swatch. Ma questa è una palette di Pop, perciò come ogni ogni colore Pop di Charlotte Tilbury va usata sopra ad altri ombretti. Perciò se siete come me e amate aggiungere glitter ogni look, io ve la consiglio perché la sto usando tantissimo ma visto che è costosa non è decisamente necessaria. Io la amo però e la durata è fantastica. Probabilmente non l’avrei acquistata se non fosse stata gratuita ma sono contenta di averla nella mia collezione.

Bring me all the CT goodness! I think she brings out these pop palettes every Christmas season, and I can totally see how this would be a love-it-or-hate-it kinda product. I really don’t use a lot of glitter, even this time of year, so this would be a total waste for me personally. But the glittery pop in her original Dolce Vita Palette goes down in history for me as one of the prettiest, softest, most adult glitters out there! I’ve gone back to that one year after year! In this palette I’m particularly drawn to the darkest glitter for some reason – how stunning!
I’ve never tried Dolce Vita but it’s next on my list, even if it changed name 😂 I’m not too sure because all shades are a bit too dark and I prefer lighter ones for everyday use. I think you will the og pillow talk palette. They pop shade there is so beautiful
Did they change the name of the Dolce Vita Palette?? I had not heard that. I wore it on Christmas Day, which has become a bit of a tradition for me. I put the lightest shade all over my eyes, then the darker brown in the crease, and along the lower lash line. Then popped that beautiful gold glitter over top – it was so glam especially for me!
I’ve definitely used the pop shade in the Pillow Talk Palette, and I agree it’s very beautiful too!

Agree! I think Sophia Tilbury said once that it was hers and her sister’s (Bella) favourite palette so Charlotte renamed it for them 😘

I was so curious to read your full review on this! And I chuckled seeing my name pop up! 😂 But I think that your review is totally fair and I agree that this looks like great topper palette. Most off the complaints probably come from users trying to apply these shades like traditional shadows.
But also…. I’m very curious if her celestial or “pop” formula is going to change now! Because the formula in the Fire quad is different!
It is but I hope she doesn’t change it. FR looks more wet while this is more glittery and I like this better!
I actually have the perfect cream eyeshadow to use under the “crappy shade” but it was limited edition from dior last Christmas so I don’t want to mention it since no one can’t get it but omg the combo is 😍😍😍
