Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Rare Beauty Lip Soufflé Matte Cream Lipstick in the shade Fearless.
Another product I’ve found in the Sephora Advent Calendar but this is available full size. I definitely like Rare Beauty lip products and while I don’t like matte lipsticks I’m always willing to try new things.
The colour is perfect for the season so I’m excited to show it to you.
You can buy the full size here for 20$.
On the website, the shade is described as deep mauve rose.
The packaging is very pretty, it is a round tube in a plasticky rubber material which is very nice.
The applicator is a soft round doe-foot sponge.
It doesn’t have a specific scent but it’s nothing overpowering or annoying.
This lip product feels like a mousse but it doesn’t dry on your lips. It has a thin and soft consistency and it feels very hydrating while looking completely matte.
When you apply it is very creamy once it sets it becomes slightly more matt and long-lasting but it doesn’t dry completely. It’s very smooth and not patchy at all.
The applicator is round and very soft, it’s very easy to use and precise.
It doesn’t last as long as a matt lipstick and it’s not transfer-proof, on me, it lasts around 4 hours which is kind of nice for such a non-drying formula.

I really like this lipstick which is quite surprising because I don’t like matte lipsticks. And while this looks matte, it doesn’t feel matte. You can still move your lips and it doesn’t dry them over time. Despite being so creamy it lasts quite well, even if you eat because it almost stains your lips. Honestly, it’s such a different formula from what I normally use, it really impressed me. I like both the applicator and the packaging too. I totally want other shades.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
