Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and the swatches of the Makeup By Mario Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serum in the shades Cinnamon Glow.
This product arrived by mistake, I ordered the shade Blush Glow but I’ve received this one instead, they refunded me but I had to keep the shade, so I though I’d review it for you. This shade is too dark for me but it could be a great nude for darker skin.

COLOUR
This shade is a spiced brown
PACKAGING
It is a tiny tube that you have to twist up to use it. Keep in mind that it doesn’t twist down, so don’t twist it too much. Since it’s very creamy, just don’t twist too much or it’ll be a mess. I love that the shade matches the color of the lipstick inside, they are all very similar but the subtle different is easy to spot.
FORMULA
It’s very glossy, but not sticky. It doesn’t settle into fine lines. Now, about the volumizing effect. It works, but to me, it’s more of an appearance thing rather than an actual plump. It’s very juicy, so it makes the lips look bigger, but I don’t find it very tingly (more minty if anything), which, you know, I love that feeling, so it was a bit of a disappointment. That being said, the feeling lasts a long time, so I appreciate it. Despite being a plumping product, it is actually quite hydrating, which honestly never happens, so I’m definitely happy.
APPLICATION
The product is very very creamy, almost melted, so you have to be careful to not twist up too much. And if you put on too much it creates a very gloopy effect I definitely don’t like. So my best warning is, use a little a tiny bit.
LASTING POWER
On me, it lasts 1 hour and a half before starting to fade. But it fades very evenly and doesn’t leave that thick white line.
Final Thoughts on the Makeup By Mario Cinnamon Glow Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serum:
As I mentioned in my previous review, I really like the Makeup By Mario Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serums. However, I want to specifically discuss this shade. As you can see, it’s very dark, which I don’t mind. I particularly enjoy dark browns, especially during the Fall season. The only concern I have is that this formula is incredibly creamy. I would be worried about wearing such a dark shade with a formula that might smudge easily. It could potentially run all over my face.
I really hope you guys enjoyed the post, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
