Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Maybelline Total Temptation Brow Definer.
If you are familiar with any of my posts you would know that the Maybelline Total Temptation is one of my favourite mascaras that I use all the time.
I saw they released a whole “Total Temptation” Collection a few months ago but things usually arrive later in Italy so I just got access to the collection only a few weeks ago.
I’m not really a fan of drugstore eyeshadows so the palette was not for me but I love Maybelline’s brow stuff so I had to try this Total Temptation Brow Definer and review it for you.
You can get it here for 7,99$ and I have the shade Soft Brown.
I absolutely LOVE the packaging, pink? Yes. And is an automatic pencil which I totally prefer but it’s one of those bigger slanted ones which I’m not a big fan, I think they are less precise and a bit harder to use, I much prefer a tiny one especially if you have a lot to fill in.
On the other end, it has a spooly which is very tiny and round, I don’t like and I don’t understand why they make it like this.
FORMULA & APPLICATION
The formula is very hard and stiff which is perfect for a brow pencil as it makes it easier to use and it doesn’t create that marker effect.
It has some fibres in it which make the brows to look thicker.
I also like that is not super pigmented because again it makes it easier to use. The shade Soft Brown matches me perfectly. It’s not too cool or too warm.
I think the final result is super natural and I like it but I think that with a smaller pencil you can create hair-like stroke more easily.
On me this lasts about all day, I don’t find chunks of pencil on my cheeks at the end of the day.

This pencil is not terrible I just don’t like it. The effect is really pretty and it is a very high-quality product, I like the formula but I genuinely don’t like the shape of it. I think it’s way harder to use than a regular micro brow pencil. I also hate the spooly but if you like these kinds of pencils I think you’ll like this one. The formula is very similar to my favourite the Brow Precise Micro Pencil so I’ll stick with that.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
