Ora in quanto beauty addict di solito tendo a notare make up e momenti in cui il make up è protagonista nei film o nei video musicale ma ci sono alcune di queste scene che sono talmente iconiche che non potete non conoscerle.
Ricordo perfettamente tutte queste scene e alcune di queste hanno avuto un grosso impatto nel mio amore per il makeup.

Audrey Hepburn in Colazione Da Tiffany
Non importa quanti anni avete Colazione Da Tiffany è un classico che va visto. In questa scena, alla fine del film, Audrey Hepburn sta per ricevere una brutta notizia ma prima, tira furi il rossetto e dice: “Ci sono delle notizie che una ragazza non può affrontare senza rossetto”. Beh il rossetto che ha usato è chiaramente diventato un classico che tra l’altro è ancora in vendita, costa pochissimo ed è ancora il colore da tutti i giorni perfetto: si tratta del Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick in Pink In The Afternoon.
Rihanna Ai Grammy’s Del 2013
Durante i Grammy del 2013, Rihanna ha indossato questo vestito di Red Valentino stupendo e l’ha abbinato a un semplice smokey eye con un rossetto rosso. Il rossetto non è altro che MAC Ruby Woo (il mio rosso preferito). Questo rosso era già famoso perchè sta bene a tutti i tipi di carnagione ma lei l’ha reso un cult. Molti anni prima che Fenty Beauty nascesse ha fatto una collezione in collaborazione con MAC e ha creato il suo rossetto rosso chiamato Riri Woo (chiaramente ispirato a quello lì) ed è andato sold out in pochissime ore.
Elizabeth Taylor’s Cleopatra
Nel 1963 Elizabeth Taylor interpretò Cleopatra in un film che è assolutamente un classico, io ricordo che lo vidi quando avevo 7 o 8 anni e ne rimasi ipnotizzata. Chiaramente i suoi occhi viola erano già famosi e tutti i look erano bellissimi ma questo qui è talmente iconico che ancora oggi è di ispirazione per tantissimi look di Halloween. Stiamo parlado di un film uscito 56 anni fa!
Lady Gaga Al Superbowl 2016
Sono fan di Lady Gaga da prima che andasse di moda perciò ricordo bene la sua performance al Superbowl 2016. Cantò l’inno nazionale americano in una maniera impressionante e tutti ne rimasero sconvolti ma nella beauty community è stato il suo look a fare più rumore. La sua make up artist Sarah Tanno condivise tutti i prodotti usati e il look fu ricreato da tantissime persone su YouTube.

Angelina Jolie è sempre bellissima ma in questa scena di The Tourist, va oltre. Il look è classico e chic, lo smokey marrone opaco abbinato alle labbra lucide rosse è perfetto. Tutti i suoi look in questo film sono bellissimi ma sono sicura che chiunque appena lei entra in questa scena ha avuto un momento in cui ha pensato “Oh mio Dio è una dea”.
Taylor Swift Our Song Music Video
Era il 2007 quando uscì il video di Our Song di Taylor Swift ed era lo stesso periodo quando i video tutorial su YouTube diventavano una moda e tutti scelsero di ricreare o il look oro quando lei è al telefono o quello argento di quando è sul portico col vestito azzurro. Io faccio parte del secondo gruppo. Ovviamente il mio non è su youtube ma fu uno dei miei primi incontri con il make up (non vi mostro la foto perchè vi rispetto troppo ma l’ho condivisa in passato su Instagram).
Effie Trinket in The Hunger Games: La Ragazza Di Fuoco
Effie Trinket era la regina dei look folli ma niente ha fatto più rumore del look delle farfalle in The Hunger Games: La Ragazza Di Fuoco nel 2013. Dal trucco, ai capelli, al vestito, un insieme iconico.
Miley Cyrus Who Owns My Heart Music Video
Nel video del 2010 di Who Owns My Heart c’è questa scena all’inizio in cui Miley si mette il rossetto che è iconica. Il rossetto era il Viva Glam Gaga I che andò sold out in pochi secondi. Io e Julia ne eravamo ossessionate, abbiamo comprato tanti di quei rossetti rosa chiaro alla ricerca di un dupe.
Anne Hathaway Nel Diavolo Veste Prada
Non esagero nel dire che probabilmente posso recitare Il Diavolo Veste Prada battuta per battura. È uno dei miei film preferiti di sempre. Ovviamente trattandosi di un film sulla moda Anne Hathaway ha dei look bellissimi durante tutto il film ma questo qui, quando ha il rossetto rosso è iconico. È assolutamente perfetta.
Elsa In Frozen
Ultimo momento iconico che vi voglio mostrare è in Frozen, non ricordo un film Disney più popolare di questo (ovviamente essendo stupendo c’è un motivo) ma è iconico nel mondo del beauty perchè Elsa è la prima principessa Disney che è pesantemente truccata! Chiaramente anche le altre principesse sono truccate ma è sempre molto delicato. I look intensi sono per le regine cattive (la cosa fa riflettere vero?) ma visto che ora il make up è così popolare è il momente che anche le principesse lo usino.

Whenever I got to watch a movie or a music video, my attention never misses the make up look. I like Taylor’s best. It’s subtle yet elegant.

Oh wow, I hadn’t realized you could still get the lipstick Audrey Hepburn worn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s! I loved the Devil Wears Prada too, and was obsessed with Anne Hathaway’s transformation in that movie. I so wanted her hairstyle, but it would look awful on me!
Have you ever seen Fight Club? Remember the character Marla Singer (Helena Bonham Carter)? Her makeup was not pretty at all, but it was so grungy-cool in its own way!
