Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Catrice Cheek Lover Oil-Infused Blush in the shade 010 Blooming Hibiscus.
At this point we are all aware that I have a thing for blushes and this shade looked super promising.
Not gonna lie, it looked less intense online but let’s see it in action.
You can buy it here for 6$
The shade is a peachy coral with golden reflex.
The packaging is very simple and minimal, I like that I can see the shade through the top and the pan itself is huge. Like this blush will last you forever.
The shade name is on the back, overall is very nice.
PIGMENTATION & FORMULA
The formula is quite scratchy (but that’s pretty normal for baked blushes), it has high pigmentation. You definitely have to be careful because the clown effect is right around the corner. I tend to prefer more sheer blushes for this exact reason.
It doesn’t have any fallout and it’s not too chalky. It is very shimmery so it enhances pores a bit.
Barely tap the brush in the pan, tap off the eccess and be careful when you put it on.
On me, it lasts around 6 hours before starting to fade.
- Colour: 7/10
- Longevity: 7/10
- Application: 6/10
- Formula: 7/10
- Pigmentation: 8/10
- Packaging: 7/10
This blush is nice but nothing special. The formula is too pigmented for my tastes and the shimmer enhances pores. The packaging and the lasting power are average. Overall, I think it will work best for darker skin because it’s quite intense but to be honest, there’s better out there.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
