Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review of the Makeup By Mario Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serum in the shades Apricot Glow and Mauve Glow.
If I’m covering the same products in different shades, I’m just going to put a couple together so the posts don’t get repetitive.

COLOUR
Apricot Glow is a shimmery warm peach.
Mauve Glow is a shimmery mauve nude.
PACKAGING
It is a tiny tube that you have to twist up to use it. Keep in mind that it doesn’t twist down, so don’t twist it too much. Since it’s very creamy, just don’t twist too much or it’ll be a mess. I love that the shade matches the color of the lipstick inside, they are all very similar but the subtle different is easy to spot.
FORMULA
It’s very glossy, but not sticky, It doesn’t settle into fine lines. Now about the volumizing effect. It works but to me it’s more an appearance thing rather than an actual plump. It’s very juicy so it makes the lips look bigger but I don’t find it very tingly (more minty if anything) which you know, I love that feeling so it was a bit of a disappointment, that being said, the feeling lasts a long time so I appreciate it. Despite being a plumping product is actually quite hydrating which honestly never happens so I’m definitely happy.
APPLICATION
The product is very very creamy, almost melted, so you have to be careful to not twist up too much. And if you put on too much it creates a very gloopy effect I definitely don’t like. So my best warning is, use a little a tiny bit.
LASTING POWER
On me, it lasts 1 hour and a half before starting to fade. But it fades very evenly and doesn’t leave that thick white line.
Final Thoughts on the Makeup By Mario Apricot Glow and Mauve Glow Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serum:
As I’ve said in the previous review, I really like the Makeup By Mario Moistureglow Plumping Lip Serums. But I want to talk about these two shades in particular, they are amazing as everyday shades for warmer/darker skin. In my personal case, I know I’ll wear Apricot Glow to death once summer rolls around and Mauve Glow will be a must in Autumn/Winter.
I really hope you guys enjoyed the post, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
