Ciao Darlings, nel post di oggi io e Julia vi parleremo della NUOVA Anastasia Beverly Hills Foundation & Powder.

Mi sembra giusto dire che ABH è un po’ in ritardo con questi due lanci vistoche sono la prima cipria e il primo fondotinta che produce.

In realtà, tecnicamente hanno un altro fondotinta in stick. Comunque, finalmente sono usciti e non vedo l’ora di dirvi di più.

La collezione dovrebbe arrivare da Sephora intorno al 15 Agosto.

Questa polvere dovrebbe essere levigante, controlla l’oleosità ma non secca sotto gli occhi ed è disponibile in cinque tonalità:

  • Translucent (trasparente)
  • Vanilla (avorio)
  • Banana (giallo pallido)
  • Deep Peach (pesca caldo)
  • Golden Orange (marrone dorato)

Mimi: Ovviamente apprezzo la selezione di colori, ma non so perché questo fondotinta non mi inspira molto. Potrei essere l’unica, ma non sono proprio entusiasta di questo lancio.

Forse è il momento sbagliato dell’anno, ma a Roma ci sono più di 30° e l’idea di usare le fondamenta mi sembra terribile.

Le ciprie giàmi intrigano di pià, forse sono un po’ care ma è anche vero che ci sono 25g di prodotto che non è poco.

Julia: Questo fondotinta mi ispira molto, adoro il packaging! Penso che selezione di colori sia buona ma vedremo poi se dal vivo avrà lo stesso effetto. Piccola parentesi, questi swatch mi fanno venire fame, sembrano cioccolata.

    Right now, I use Urban Decay foundation, and while I used to love it, lately I am finding it doesn’t seem to stay on all day. I am in the market to try something new, so this may be the next thing I try. I would be in the ‘light’ category for liquid foundations and I love that there are so many different color options. I feel like the powders make my already dry skin look flaky, especially in the winter months.

    I find this mildly intriguing, but tbh I just don’t use traditional foundation much these days at all. I’m sure it will sell well for them – people always seem to go gaga over foundation launches.

        I did wear some just recently when I was going into the city and knew I was going to have a longer day than normal. And honestly I just didn’t like the way it was sitting on my skin! I’m so used to tinted moisturizers and lighter coverage bases that I hate the feeling of something thicker now. (Although I am eyeing that new Fenty hydrating foundation ??).

          Kind of intrigued by that one too. I’ve honestly been super obsessed with the Bali Body BB cream ever since I got it.

            If you can wear lighter coverage bases, I really do think they are the way to go when it comes to everyday makeup use. You put less on, so you lose less makeup throughout the day. And less caking!

            I was actually looking on your stories today and the colorful look, you showed so many products but the result on your face was so natural! I literally thought: how the hell does she make look this many products so natural?!? (But I was sneaking my phone during my shift at work so I couldn’t comment there hahah)

            Ha! I used a crap ton of products on the eyes, but only like three on my face (tinted moisturizer, a little concealer and a dash of bronzer). I will sometimes use a lot of products but apply them really sheered out so they look like nothing. That’s probably a bit weird but I just do it without thinking about it!

      It will probably be too dewy according to the name ut you can always get a sample at sephora and test it first 😉

      Tbh it’s so hot in Rome at the moment the idea of using s full coverage foundation terrifies me ahhahaha but let me know how you like it xx
