Hi Darlings, today’s post is going to be the review and swatch of the Dior Lip Glow in the shade Rosewood.
This came out with the new Dior Backstage Rosewood Collection and I have to say, I was waiting for it. I know you know that the Lip Glow is my all time favourite lip product but I have to say the Pink shade can be too pink so I was way too excited when I discovered this new, more neutral, tone.
Last year I got the Dior Addict Rosewood Lip Glow To The Max (which I don’t think is available anymore) thinking it would have this tone. That formula wasn’t my favourite, way too shimmery and patchy so I was hopeful for this one.
You can get it on sephora.com for 34$
The colour is a dark rose.
The packaging is perfection, everything from the box to the bullet, I love it, without a doubt the most beautiful lipstick I own, I take it with me everywhere and it’s a pleasure to touch up on the go.
The scent is incredible, I can’t put my finger on what it exactly smells like but it’s sweet and minty.
FORMULA & APPLICATION
The formula is very creamy and it glides on really easily, it’s very thin and it doesn’t feel sticky on the lips, the finish is shiny.
It glides on the lips and it doesn’t enhance fine lines, is the classic MLBB (my lips but better) shade.
I find it quite hydrating but it’s not the best lip balm I’ve ever tried. I wouldn’t use it at night but it’s perfect for the day time.
This lip balm lasts for 2 hours on me (without eating), since it’s so shiny I wasn’t expecting an incredible lasting time, but you can reapply it really easily.

I already know I love the formula and the packaging. This colour was what I was waiting for, it’s like a perfecting filter like the other shades in the line. I have said so many times I know you are sick of hearing me but this is the best lip product in my opinion. I know it’s expensive but I think the product is worth it.
I really hope you guys enjoyed it, don’t forget to like, comment and share to let me know all your thoughts and if you have any question.
